Загальні правила:

1. Наразі наші проєкти є некомерційними: усі отримані кошти відправляються на благодійність (допомога ЗСУ або гуманітарні збори).
2. Усі права на ілюстрації/тексти належать тим, хто над ними працював. Повторне використання робіт (додрук, публікації в соцмережах) можливе лише зі згоди їхніх авторів.
3. Згідно з чинним законодавством України вік учасників має досягати 18 років. Виключення можливі за умови звернення до команди організаторів.

Правила участі в проєктах:

1. Ми не підтримуємо будь-які прояви дискримінації, прямі чи в роботах (виключення стосується русофобії).
2. Ми не розглядаємо заявки людей, що активно підтримують та виправдовують дії країн-агресорів (білорусь та росія) та їхніх громадян, мають з ними активні зв’язки чи поширюють створений ними контент.
3. Заборонено будь-яке поширення та розміщення робіт з ознаками плагіату, трейсингу або робіт, згенерованих ШІ (штучним інтелектом).Наголошуємо, що в процесі відбору всі потенційні учасники будуть перевірятися на дотримання вище згаданих правил.У разі порушення будь-якого з цих правил організатори залишають за собою право припинити співпрацю з учасниками та вилучити їх із проєкту.

General rules:

1. Right now, our projects are not for profit: we give all the money we get to charity (aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or humanitarian funds).
2. All the rights to illustrations/texts belong to their creators. Re-use of works (reprints, publications in social networks) is only possible with the authors' permissions.
3. As per the current Ukrainian legislation, all participants must be at least 18 years old. Exceptions are possible by contacting the organizational team.

Participation rules for projects:

1. We oppose any form of discrimination, direct or indirect (except for russophobia).
2. We do not accept applications from those in active support and/or justifications of the aggressor countries (belarus and russia) and their citizens, as well as those who have active ties with them or spread the content they create.
3. Distribution and posting of any works with signs of plagiarism, tracing or generated by AI (artificial intelligence) is prohibited.Please note that during the selection process, all potential participants will be checked by the members of the organizational team for the above-mentioned points.If any of these rules are violated, the organizational team reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the participants and remove them from the project.

Ми — українська команда творчих людей, об’єднаних бажанням робити цікаві проєкти та залучати до них інших митців.
2. Над чим ми працюємо?

Учасники та організатори беруть участь у проєктах на волонтерських засадах.
6. Куди йдуть зібрані кошти?
Частина отриманих із передзамовлень коштів йде на оплату друку збірників та інших матеріалів. Все інше перераховується в погоджений заздалегідь благодійний фонд.

7. Чи можливий додрук збірників після завершення проєкту?
Фандомні збірники матимуть лише один тираж, тоді як оригінальні проєкти можуть отримати шанс бути надрукованими повторно.
8. Чи можна якось підтримати команду?
Так! Ви завжди можете підтримати організаторську команду фінансово, купивши філіжанку кави!

1. What is Lunavis?
Lunavis is a team of Ukrainian artists united by the desire to create interesting projects and involve fellow artists in them.
2. What are we working on?
Currently, we're mainly focusing on charity artbooks, both fandom and original.
3. How can one join our projects or become a member of the organizational team?

5. Are the artists being paid for their work?
All participants and members of the organizational team participate in the projects on a voluntary basis.
6. Where do the funds raised go?
Part of the funds received from pre-orders goes to pay for the printing of the artbooks and materials. The rest is transferred to a charity fund agreed upon in advance.

7. After the project is completed, will the artbooks be reprinted?
Fandom artbooks will have only one print run, while original projects may get a chance to be reprinted.
8. Is there any way to support the team?
Yes! You can always support the team financially by buying a cup of coffee!
